1. Power on the device using the USB cable, and download Skymee App.

2. Please open the Skymee app and register your app account via email or mobile number.

3. Please add the Petalk AI and enter the correct WIFI password.

4. Let the device camera read the QR code of the mobile phone, and after hearing the "beep", click Next and wait for connection succeed.

1. After you connect your phone to Skymee Dog camera, please open the account settings and set a password for your app account.

2. Your family and friends can log in to your account on their phones and watch video at the same time.

· How to protect privacy?

1. When someone looks at the video, the Skymee device light will turn blue.

2. After you change the app account password, others can't log in.

How should I do if dispenser treats is stuck/pop out too many?

· Packed with 2 trays, effectively compatible with treats from 4mm ~ 17mm

· Please change the tray according to your treat size.

*Petalk Ai II is compatible with 16G ~ 128G TF card. It is not included and needs to be purchased separately.

About solving the problem of microphone not working, it is recommended that update the firmware.

1. Open Device Settings-Firmware Update-Click the firmware serial number to update.

Be careful to prevent it from going to sleep during the update process.

2. After the update is complete you need to reset and connect to WiFi again.
